Hello, I'd say air is pretty addictive ;).
Do you suggest I should be denied my coffee and cigarettes..!? Alcohol..? That's addictive.. Chocolate? That's addictive.. You must be out of your mind..
By your logic, people should be killed before they're born so they can't murder anyone. Addictive substances aren't the problem, addictive personalities are. Food can be addictive - would you make it illegal for an obese person to eat? Removing the physical temptation doesn't excise the person's inherent addiction. Besides, making all addictive substances illegal would be expensive to enforce and prosecute - possibly more so than the problems caused by the addiction.

As of the time of this comment, it is featured in that it shows up on jyte's front page. Why this happened to this claim, instead of the more interesting(in my eyes) inspiring claim, confuses me.
