A system whereby laws which have been 'nullified' by juries a certain number of times gets automatically repealed would make our laws better.

Jury nullification is the process by which a jury can decide that a person is not guilty by reason of nullification - ie. the jury think the law sucks. In the United States, this was widely used during the era of prohibition. The difficulty which the government had in prosecuting people led to the eventual end of prohibition.

Unfortunately, jury nullification has slipped a lot of people's minds. A system whereby jury nullification was practiced widely and which automatic repeal of laws was enforced if the jury nullify it a certain number of times would be highly beneficial to our liberty.
