Hahahah. Yes, but you are not disagreeable just for the sake of being disagreeable (at least not noticeably), whereas Cobra votes no just to be a crank.
Actually, that's not true. I tend to feel that lots of the one sided Jyte claims are one sided because lots of people lack either perspective or nuance. It isn't something I do to be disagreeible. It's something I do to encourage people to expand their worldview. It's also that If I see a claim like, "I like Rachel." I will often vote against it, not to be disagreeible, but because I have no strong feelings for Rachel. I neither like nor dislike her. I know Rachel in passing and if something were to befall her, I would only know because Ben or D'A or Vynce would eventually mention it on Jyte.
I also know that her psyche is not so fragile as to be hurt by my voting against and I won't vote for things to make people feel good about themselves.
But, clearly, there's no way to disagree with the jytegeist without being "just... a crank."
That's a nice argument, Cobra, but I have seen you vote no on many, many claims where a no doesn't really make sense and you could have abstained if you had no opinion.
Well, one I just saw . . . "So and so isn't the only one who wants a BMW". This claim is factually true, but you votes no because you don't want a BMW.
I already owned one and had a bad experience with it. The spirit of the claim felt as though it was really saying "I want a bmw, too." I had one. I don't want another.
I didn't realize that pedantry was required at jyte.
Indeed, I don't expect people who don't particularly know me to like me. If I found that crushing, I would hope one of my friends would have pointed me toward some serious help quite a while ago.
I do like honesty, so thank you, Cobra Baghdad. :)
I don't think it's pedantry so much as just how people vote - unless something is clearly a joke/quote/nonsense, you vote on whether or not the claim is accurate.

Then there are several thousand incomplete claims. Including this one.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!
*chuckle*
Looks like Ben Breedlove is the new Cobra.
Who you callin "new", ya damn whippersnapper? I was disagreeable long before the either of ya was on this site.

For example: Point me the way and I'll explain why that's the case.

No worries Rach, If I thought the blow would hurt I simply would have trashed the claim and not voted.

Do I?
Apparently not, but it makes me think you're doing it to be a crank.
Especially since you don't explain to the masses how your no votes are expanding our minds.
When you vote on four hundred claims per day, it's a little difficult to comment on every one where I disagree with the jytegeist.
